My quick books is locked on the dashboard page, wont let me do anything?

I have here some troubleshooting steps with your QuickBooks dashboard, @claudesrepairs.

Once confirmed and the issue continues, I'd recommend doing some basic troubleshooting steps to clear out the problem. To start, I'd suggest logging in to your QBO account through incognito. This way, you can check if it's a browser-related issue.

• Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once logged in, re-click the Dashboard button to verify if it's already operating thoroughly. If that works, you'll want to clear the cache of your regular browser to eliminate previously stored browsing data. Using another supported browser is a great decision too.
