No leave accumulation - pattern when moving casuals to FT - I set to exact settings as all other FT, but still no automatic accumulation - not sure what's going on

Have you processed a pay run with the paid date after changing the employee from Casual to Full Time? 

Also, has the employee been allocated the Permanent Leave Template?

If all of these settings are correct and you're still seeing an issue please contact  the Support Team so we can investigate further.
