QB has come up with a different total for the last BAS than the accountant. I have paid the ATO 927 but QB says I only owe 505 I have no idea how to check this?

The discrepancy in the amounts can be affected by missing transactions or incorrect entries. You can compare your statements to point out the error. You may visit your register to narrow down the result.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click on Accounting at the left pane, then Chart of Accounts.
3. Look for your bank where transactions are recorded.
4. Tap on Account history under Action.

If there are missing transactions, you can record them manually. For unwanted entries, void or delete from QuickBooks.
