Quote still showing after invoice paid

To help narrow it down, could you let me know where exactly you are seeing the quote? Is it in the Quotes list, on the invoice itself, or somewhere else? This information will help us determine the cause of the issue. Please see the attached image for reference.

If the quote appears on the invoice, please check the Quotes tab to verify there are no duplicate entries. Sometimes it can be accidentally created twice, which would explain why you're seeing it show up even after the invoice has been paid.

On the other hand, if there’s no duplicate and the original quote is correctly linked to the right invoice, let’s try using an incognito window to access the product for a clean slate.
