Question

The app says my subscription has expired but I am paying $14.99/month. This happened before after my trial - I was due to pay $10.49 & had to resubscribe at higher cost

As much as I'd love to address your concern about your subscription, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support.

 

They have the tools to pull up and look into your account, securely, and explain the components and the history of your subscription.

 

To do so:

    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
    2. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
    3. In the Search bar, type Contact Us.
    4. Click the Contact Us option.
    5. Choose Callback.
