Question

The save button isn't working on the receive payment screen. I have tried 2 different PCs using IE, Chrome and the desktop client. tried incognito as well on both

Hi EZPZ,

 

Are you getting any kind of error message at all?

 

Chrome and FireFox used in an incognito window are the best way to work in Quickbooks Online, avoid using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.

No error message just nothing happens..  I jumped on the US support site and a LOT of people are having the same problem so its obviously not a problem on my end..  QB have acknowledged the issue and all I get is there techs are working on it, no timeframe given :(  it affecting a large number of accounts so it doesn't matter what PC you work on if the account is affected its going to have the issue apparently.
