This error is generated if you haven't notified ATO that you're using MYOB software for Payroll reporting. You may need to re-enter STP details or check with ATO settings. Please refer to this Single Touch Payroll - Troubleshooting errors and follow the instructions under Error: SBR.GEN.AUTH.006 to get this fixed.

you see this particular error, you will still be able to prepare the BAS and mark it as lodged in QuickBooks Online, you will just need to lodge it with the ATO externally.
