We are winding up our company, and I'd like to know if you have any means by which we can access historical data once we close the Quickbooks subscription ?

In QuickBooks Online we keep your data for 1 year from cancellation date. Your data will be available for you in a read-only access format. It's always best to export all reports and list prior to cancelling the account to keep a copy of your data.

To export your QuickBooks data:

1. Click on the Settings or Gear Icon.
2. Click on Export data.
3. Select Reports and List to export.
4. Click Export to Excel.
