Will you adjust my email which is x@xx.xxxx When I update my preferences you tell me it is invalid. My email address is VALID x@xx.xxxx. Please amend at your end.

Hi w-er-land,

 

Are you trying to change the email address you used to sign in in QuickBooks Online? If yes, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online. 
  2. On the upper right corner of the page, select the circular icon next to gear.
  3. Select Manage your Intuit account
  4. Select Sign in & Security
  5. Select Email address.
  6. Enter your Email address and Confirm email address
  7. Select Save.
