How to backup and restore my data ?

I can share some insights about how restoring and backing up of data works in QuickBooks Online.

The option to create a back up is only available for the Advanced version of QuickBooks Online. If you have the SimpleStart, Essentials, or Plus version, the option will not be visible on your end. 

QuickBooks Online automatically backs your data up with the same level of security used by banks and financial institutions. That said, your data are stored in the cloud, which you can access at your most convenient time as long as you have a stable internet connection.

On the other hand, I'd like to let you know that you can always visit the Audit Log feature in QBO. This way, you can view all the happenings on your account and who made changes to your books. Since we cannot restore your file to a previous point in time.
