Thanks for signing up for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus trial version, suancom98.

It's possible the inventory tracking feature is not yet turn on in your account. We can go ahead and enable this feature to add your inventory products.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Choose Sales.
4. Tick the Pencil icon in the Products and services section.
5. Place a checkmark for Show Product/Service column on sales forms, Track quantity and price/rate, and Track inventory quantity on hand option.
6. Tap Save
7. Press Done.

Then, follow Step 2 until Step 5 in this article to track your inventory: Set up and track your inventory in QuickBooks Online.
