As supposedly Admin user, I am not able to see any of his updates since a long time. Also, it appears that he has more access that myself.

Let's get this checked further and fix this, mahmoud. The company admin in QuickBooks Online has complete access to the account and can perform all tasks that the primary admin can, except for modifying or revoking the primary admin's access.

 

The primary admin is the initial user who set up the QuickBooks account and has full access to all features. If you cannot see updates from other users or access certain areas, your permissions may have been altered.

 

To view your current role, click the Gear icon and select Manage user. If your role has been changed, contact your primary admin to restore your access rights.
