You can unsuspend your account by updating your billing information, @samsonndungu0.
Here's how to do it:
Click on the Gear icon, then select the Subscriptions and billing option.
Under Payment method, select Edit.
Enter the full credit card information by typing in the complete card number, name on the card, expiration date, and security code. Verify that the billing address in QuickBooks Online is the same one that appears on your credit card statement.
Select Save Changes.
Please note that only the primary admin can update the payment details. Once the payment is processed, the suspension will be lifted within 24 hours.
