Can anybody help? I am receiving the Verification Code in my phone when trying to add new users. I am stuck. Quickbooks Help is not responding!

Hello there. Does the page freeze or do nothing after you enter the code, and what does the error message say if you received one? Please share what it says so we can provide an appropriate solution.

 

QuickBooks Help isn't responding due to a browser extension or cached data. Try refreshing the page, logging out and back in, then attempt to add the new user again.

 

If the issue persists, use an incognito window or switch to a different supported web browser to see if it’s a browser-related conflict. If the problem is resolved there, make sure your primary browser is up to date.
