Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, accounts-fita-in. I'll ensure you'll be routed to the right support team to discuss resubscription. Beforehand, I can share detailed steps to make sure you're able to reactivate your QuickBooks Online account. Please follow the steps below.

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon ⚙ at the top.
  3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
  4. Choose Billing & Subscription. Then Subscribe, and enter the updated company profile.
  5. Hit Save.
  6. Select Payment Information type (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking) and enter your bank information. 
  7. Click Resubscribe.

If you want to know more about subscriptions, I suggest going to the Help icon. From there, you can contact us through messaging and they're open M-F, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that calling or reaching our QuickBooks Support Team directly is unavailable. This is because we have other ways for you to get in touch with our representatives to ensure you are routed to the right support team.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. Type your question in the search box below in the QB Assistant section.
  4. Select Contact Support Team.
  5. Click No, I still need help.
  6. You'll be routed in the Choose a way to connect with us page.
  7. Choose Chat.

You can resubscribe and make payment by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon, then choose Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription, then Subscribe and enter the updated company profile.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Select your payment Information type (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking) and enter your bank information.
  5. Click Resubscribe.

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_IN/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click on Search for something else and enter your concerns in the Tell us more about your questions.
  4. Tap Search.
  5. Click on Start a message.
