Can one of the agents call me regarding the subscriptions

Our live support team will not call you to discuss subscriptions unless you have previously requested a callback for security reasons. However, you can go directly to the Help (?) icon in your QuickBooks account to request a callback.

Here's how:

1. Click the Help (?) icon.
2. Utilize the QB Assistant by entering your question or topic, and it will provide options to help you find answers. Alternatively, you can use the Search tab to enter a keyword or topic of interest.
3. If you can't find the information you need, select Contact Us to connect with an expert for assistance.
