Hello there, dalimerida.

I want to make sure I provide accurate information about your query. So, to clarify, are you looking to modify a user's role to grant them access to either the Chart of Accounts (COA) or the bank feed?

In the meantime, you can refer to this article as a guide to determine which role should be assigned to a user: User roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online

Here are the steps when making edits to the user's role:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
  2. Select the Users tab, then find the user you want to edit.
  3. Select Edit from the Action column.
  4. Choose from the existing custom or QuickBooks roles.
  5. Select Save. If you edit permissions after selecting the role, you’ll be asked to save a new custom role.
  6.  Enter a Role name and description. Then, Save Role.

Additionally, if you want to update your QBO company info in the future, check out this link for more tips and details: Keep your company info up to date so customers can identify and contact your business

However, if you're referring about something else, just hit the Reply button below. I'm here to help and give more details.
