I'll share insights on how you can customize the access of a user, into receiving payment only.
In QuickBooks, you can customize the user roles and limit their access to specific tasks like receiving payment. You'll just have to edit their roles from the Manage Users page.
Here's how:
Select Settings.
Click Manage users.
Find the user you want to edit. Then select Edit in the Action column.
Change the User type.
Select the user settings you want to manage.
Click Save.
Ask the user to sign out and sign in again into QuickBooks Online to see the updates.
