Can you provide a user manual for your system and clarify if the costs include subscription fees, maintenance charges, or both?

Welcome to the Community, Fratern. There isn't a user manual for QuickBooks Online that explains if the cost of the system includes subscription fees or maintenance charges. 

To clarify this for you, the cost of the software only covers the subscription fee. You will be billed for the plan you subscribed every month or every year, depends on the option you've chosen. Please also know there's no charges for any update or maintenance to the software as it is already part of your subscription.
