QuickBooks Online offers annual or monthly subscriptions. You can use multiple devices like computers, laptops, tablets, or smartphones to access and manage your books anytime. You also have the option to create access privileges, so your colleague or accountant can log in and work with your data online.

I also recommend contacting our Sales Department. This way, they can discuss with you further the plans and pricing. To proceed, here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select the Help (?) menu.
3. Choose the Assistant tab.
4. Click the Talk to a human option.
   
   
5. Select Get help from a human.
6. Click either Chat with us or Have us call you button.
