Question

Good day,I recently create my account on Intuit.During the registration, i did not notice or see an option of selecting either monthly or annual subscription.

However, upon completing the registration and after inputting my card details, i got a debit alert of a month charge, whereas my intention is an annual charge. On the settings, where i can upgrade to annual plan, the additional fees shown on the subscription page did not consider the remaining 2 months discount. kindly assist with the complaints because i want to upgrade to the annual plan now. Thank you.

Hi there, @Diamond-Leeds. When you sign up for QuickBooks, your subscription defaults to monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing after your initial subscription.

When selecting a plan, you can choose monthly billing or save 10% by paying annually. If you switch from annual to monthly, your next payment may be up to 30 days away, and you'll receive a refund for any unused portion of your annual plan.

For more information on how subscription and billing works, refer to this resources:

Manage billing, payment, and subscription info
Add and manage your subscription payment method using Intuit Payment Wallet

For the most accurate adjustment and to ensure you get the correct annual pricing with any eligible discounts, it’s best to contact our Live Support. They can review your account, apply any remaining discounts, and help you switch to the annual plan without losing your promotional benefits.

To reach them, click the Help (?) icon > Search tab > Contact Us. From there, you can access options for live chat or a callback. For more details on their availability, refer to our Support Hours guide.
