Good day,I recently create my account on Intuit.During the registration, i did not notice or see an option of selecting either monthly or annual subscription.
However, upon completing the registration and after inputting my card details, i got a debit alert of a month charge, whereas my intention is an annual charge. On the settings, where i can upgrade to annual plan, the additional fees shown on the subscription page did not consider the remaining 2 months discount.
kindly assist with the complaints because i want to upgrade to the annual plan now.
