Thank you for reaching out here in the Community space, Bssam. It appears that you've encountered a permission restriction within QuickBooks. For security and billing privacy, QuickBooks limits subscription and billing visibility specifically to the Primary Admin or Master Admin on the account.

If you need access to subscription and billing details, please reach out to your Primary Admin to have them grant you an appropriate access level or role.

If you aren't sure who your Primary Admin is, it could be the person who originally set up the account or the head of the business. To check this, go to the Gear icon> select Manage Users. Within the Users tab, look for the user with "Primary Admin" in the Role column. If you see yourself listed as the Primary Admin, please ensure you are logged in using the specific email address shown in the Email column. If the Admin is someone else, please request the necessary permissions from them.

If that administrator is no longer with the company, you may need to submit a formal request to become the Primary Admin before you can access subscription and billing info. This process may take up to 3–5 business days, depending on the documentation required.
