I hear you, lebened. Since you don't have access to your account, you'll need to contact our Live Support team via the QuickBooks test drive environment to initiate an Account Recovery request.

Here's how to get started:

  1. Access the test drive environment here: Test drive QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon, then select the Assistant tab.
  3. Briefly describe your issue or type "Contact Support."
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback to speak with an agent.

Please check our Live Support Hours to ensure a representative is available to assist you.

Once connected with our customer support, you can file a formal complaint about your situation. Professional ProAdvisors are strictly required to adhere to Intuit's terms and conditions.

Regarding your deleted company records, QuickBooks has a safety feature called Audit log that cannot be deleted or hidden by any user.

If you have other concerns in QuickBooks, leave your reply below. We're here to help.
