Hello, I want to change the ADMIN from myself to a coworker but I am abroad and can t receive the OTP as sms because I have no network. How to solve this issue ?

Hi, Christian. Are you trying to change the Primary Admin? If so, you currently can’t transfer it because you need to be signed in as the Primary Admin and enter the OTP during the process, which isn’t possible since you’re unable to receive it via SMS.              

The only way to proceed is if your coworker is the business owner or an authorized person. They can then submit a Primary Admin claim along with the required documents to the Account Protection Team. Although the article is for the US version, the process is the same in the Global one.
