Let me share some steps on how to delete your company profile in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before deleting your QuickBooks Online company data, ensure to sign in as an admin. Please also note that the duration of your subscription may affect the data deletion process.
If you've had your subscription for more than 60 days, you can cancel your subscription.
Here's how:
Select Settings.
Select Account and Settings.
Click the Billing and Subscription tab.
In the subscription box, select Cancel Subscription.
You can sign up for a new account and start over.
