QuickBooks Online will automatically renew your subscription if you have active billing info. Please follow these steps:
Sign in as a master or company admin and go to the Gear icon, then Account and settings.
Select the Billing & Subscription tab and edit the payment method.
Tap Confirm card or Save.
For more details, here's how to renew your account subscription. Also, you'll see an option to select Switch to monthly billing or Switch to annual billing from the Billing & Subscription page.

Follow these steps:
Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
When asked by the bot, enter a keyword of your concern like "Subscription".
Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
Choose a way to connect.
