Hi . Can my client do a 30-trial upgrade from Plus to Advanced version of Quickbooks Online to see how the feature on Customized Access by Roles works?

Hi there. To ensure your client doesn't face unexpected charges, please note that QuickBooks Online does not offer a 30-day trial for upgrading an existing subscription.

When you click Upgrade Your Plan to access Advanced features, the subscription immediately upgrades to Advanced, and the customer will be billed for Advanced at the next billing cycle.

To test the Customized Access by Roles feature safely, your client can sign up for a brand-new 30-day trial of the Advanced version using a different email address, allowing them to fully test the functionality before committing to an upgrade on their actual company file.
