Hi,How can I apply a current discounted rate for my ongoing monthly QBO subscription?

Let me share some information about the discount.

Your current subscription rate is dependent upon its original rate and any discounts offered at the time your subscription began. The 50% discount is only available when you sign up for a new account using the Buy it Now option.

While we're unable to review your account in the Community, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and check for some offers available. Please take note that our support hours is available from M-F, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Here are the steps:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help (?).
3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
5. Choose Start a chat with a support expert.
