Hi, I am currently not able to access my QB account, I am not receiving a text code to get verified, can you please help me. Not from this account

I need to access my quickbooks accounts and i am not receiving a text code on my mobile to get it verified. Can you please help

Hi there, Graziella. If you aren't receiving your sign-in code, it is typically due to outdated contact information, a mobile carrier blocking "short-code" messages, or a temporary browser glitch.

 

It can take several minutes for a code to arrive, so please avoid requesting multiple codes in a row. Doing so will invalidate the earlier ones, and you must always use the most recent code you receive.

 

Ensure your phone is not blocking numbers 88811 or 97962.

 

If you still haven’t received a text, you can choose to receive the code via email instead by clicking the I didn’t get a text message link on the sign-in screen.

 

In the event that you no longer have access to the phone number or email on file, you must use the Account Recovery Request found on the Intuit login page. This process is a secure way to regain access and will require you to upload a photo of a valid government-issued ID.

 

If you are still unable to sign in after attempting these steps, I recommend reaching out to QuickBooks Support directly. They have secure access to your account tools and can manually verify your identity to help you regain entry when automated methods fail.
