hi ,i did a resubscription but i cannot retrieve my data back

Good day, Triza. If you resubscribe after a year, you can use your same login details, but you won't have access to your old data. QBO keeps your data for one year after you cancel your subscription.

 

To better assist you, can you confirm how long your account was inactive before you resubscribed?. Was it a year or more? Any additional details would help.

 

Additionally, if you have multiple Intuit accounts, ensure you log in with the exact user ID and password linked to the old company data. Sometimes resubscribing creates a new company instead of reactivating the old one. Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner and look for Switch company under Profile to see if your old data is listed there.

 

However, if you resubscribe within the specified timeframe using your old credentials and company file but still cannot access your previous data, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Live Support team. They have the necessary tools to check your account and identify why you are unable to access your data.
