I am trying to renew my subscription monthly but it lists 7 companies to chose from and none seem to work

You'll want to ensure which of your companies currently has an expiring subscription that needs to be renewed. The system requires you to select the specific company profile before processing a renewal payment.

To proceed:

1. Sign in with your usual login credentials.
2. In the Choose your company window, click Canceled companies and carefully select the company name that matches the account with the subscription you're trying to renew.
3. If you're unsure which company is right, check your previous billing emails or see which company shows an active or expiring subscription in your account settings.
4. Continue with the renewal steps for that company.

You should be prompted to resubscribe as soon as you sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. If not, you can visit this article for guidance: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Online.
