Being able to update the billing information for your subscription is my top priority, sianebarnes-gmai.
To ensure you'll have access to change your billing information, you'll need to sign in as the primary admin. Otherwise, you don't have the option to perform the task.
To verify your access role, here's how:
Sign in on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
Go to the Gear icon.
Select Manage users.
Click the Users tab.
From there, locate your name and look in the user type tab. You'll see what type of user you are. If you're not the primary admin, I suggest having them log in to update billing information and follow the below steps:
On the Gear icon at the top, select Account and settings.
In the left menu, click Billing & subscription.
From there, click Edit or ✏️ icon next to your payment method.
Update your payment info. Then, check the details and ensure it's the same that appears on your card statements.
When done, select Confirm card or Save.
However, if you subscribed to QuickBooks Online through an app store, you can update it through the app store directly.
