To get started, make sure to input the accurate username and password on the Sign In page. Then, open the active and correct company file under the Please select the company you want to open window.

If you're getting the same behavior, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team. This way, a representative can review your account securely, and process the subscription renewal successfully.

To contact support:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
4. Choose a way to connect with a representative.

If you have the new Help menu interface, you can follow these steps:

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account, then go to the (?) Help icon.
2. Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
3. When asked by the bot, enter a short description of your concern.
4. Select I still need a human.
5. Proceed with Contact us.
6. Click Let’s talk, then choose either Get a call or Start messaging.
