I'll show you the steps on how you can renew your account with a discount or a coupon. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings or Your Account .
2. Proceed to the Billing and Subscription tab, then click Subscribe or Renew.
3. The subscription renewal page will open in pop-up window. If you already have an activation code click on "Already have an activation code?" button and follow the screen instructions.
4. If you have a "Promotion Code" enter it the text box and click the Apply button.
5. Enter all other details such as payment details and follow the succeeding prompts to renew your account. 

In case you don't have a code or a coupon yet, I would also recommend reaching out to our Chat Support Team. They can pull up your account and check if there's a discount coupon that can be applied to your account. Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu and click Contact Us.
2. Let them know in the description field that you need help with your subscription renewal, then click Let's talk.
3. Click Start a chat.
