HiHow do I delete a user permanently?

Hello, @pastorernsojeanl. 

In QuickBooks, you must be a Master Administrator or a Company Administrator to delete user access in the company. 

Here's how: 

1. Choose Gear Icon. Then Manage Users.
2. Highlight the name of the user you wish to delete.
3. On the bottom right of that field, click Delete.
4. You will now get this message: Are you sure you want to delete?
5. Click Yes.

Keep in mind while deleting a user that this action is not reversible, you will be able to view the history of a deleted user in the audit log.
