How do I change my user ID? I mistakenly input my email incorrectly and I have not been able to receive a text to my mobile phone to confirm I'm the user.

Since you haven't received a text, you can send an email change request to our account protection team. To recover your account, you'll need to submit a high-quality photo of your driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID.
