How do I find out who is the primary admin in our QBO?

We need to add a new user and previously we used to able to see "Manage Users" in the setting but none of us can see it now. We need to find out who is our primary admin.

I recommend reaching out to the business owner or the person who originally created it. Because they initiated the subscription and handle the billing, QuickBooks automatically designates them as the Primary Admin.
