How do I print delivery note? I notice the option is available in the sample company SG Server that QBO helpdesk gave me

Below are the detailed steps on how to print a Delivery Note in QBO:
 

1. In your QBO account, go to the Sales tab, then select the All sales section.
   
   
    
2. Locate and tick a transaction, then click on the Batch actions.
   
   
    
3. Then select the Print delivery note.
   
   

On the other hand, if the Print delivery note button is unavailable on your end, but you're seeing the Print packing slip option under the All sales-Batch actions, you can choose that option since these features have the same function. 



The packing slip will print the same information as the delivery note does. See the sample screenshot below.
