Question

How do I renew my subscription?

I am unable to renew my subscription either via card or net banking. This is only happening for Quickbooks/Intuit. Subscriptions with other vendors I use has been working seamlessly.

I have set limits in my account for such transactions and these are based on expected/planned monthly expenses.

It seems even for this monthly ECS, Quickbooks/RazorPay is trying to set a limit that is almost 50 times of what the yearly subscription charge Quickbooks.

For obvious reasons, it would be unwise to remove the transaction amount caps on my bank account.

So my questions to Quickbooks are:

(1) How do you suggest this issue be resolved?

(2) Is it possible for me to pay monthly or annually, without the need to setup an ECS? I do not see any option provided for annual payment when I login.

P.S.

The chat bot option does not work - it times out while loading.

Is there any option to speak to a human being?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, Idiot_of_kew_bee.

I've got another way on how you can chat to one of our live support agents in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: https://contactus.intuit.com/en_IN/contact.
  2. Click on the Search for something else button.
  3. Enter subscription renewal in the Tell us more about your question: field.
  4. Click Search.
  5. Tap Start a Message.

I also got an article for more details on how to renew your account subscription in QBO.

Keep me posted if you need additional information about your subscription renewal. I'll be right here to help you. Stay healthy!

Have tried this approach before, and just tried it again during Intuit's office hours.

No joy.

Nothing loads after the submission of the name, email information in the message window.
