how do I turn off ai?

I'm just starting out with QBO. The automatic re-categorizing is making me want to find another accounting solution. For example, I select a vendor and category for an expense, but if I use the same vendor for a different expense QBO changes the original expense to the second category. Then most of the categories and vendors I select change or revert with the next page refresh. How do I turn off the automatic changes?
