How to add 2 companies to my profile?

in QuickBooks, each Employer Identification Number (EIN) requires a separate subscription. 

Though, you can have more than one QuickBooks Online company (account) with the same email address. In your Company A, you can switch from it to Company B.

Here's how:

1. In Company A, click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Switch Company.
2. You'll see your email address that represents Company B, then click on the email address under the company list.
3. From there, you can set up the company.

Once you log in to your QuickBooks Online account, you'll see the two companies and switch between them.
