Hello there, @7456. We're sad to let you go, but I'm here to guide you through the steps to cancel your subscription.
In QuickBooks Online, you have the option to cancel your account by accessing your billing and subscription information. When you cancel a paid subscription, we will retain your QBO company for one year. During this time, you will still have access to your company, but you will be unable to make any changes or enter new data. After one year, all of your data will be permanently deleted. Therefore, it is important to resubscribe before the data deletion occurs to ensure that your information is not permanently lost.
Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon and then select Account and Settings
Choose the Billing and Subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel your trial.
Click Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
In case you'd like to resubscribe in the future. We'd love to have you back. Please bookmark this article for further guidance: Reactivate QuickBooks Online.
Let me know how else I can help you manage your accounts in QBO by adding a comment below. I'm more than happy to lend a helping hand. Keep safe.
