Hi there, Peter. In QuickBooks Online, you can change your language in the Account and settings. Alternatively, you can modify the language using the language settings of the browser.
In QBO, navigate to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings. Next, choose Advanced and go to the Language section. If you're using the Google Chrome browser, click on the three vertical dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner, then select Settings and navigate to the Languages section.
