I'm happy to see you again here in the Community, @anggeriktaj.

At this time, being able to pull up the Accounts Payable Ageing report is only available to the Essentials and Plus versions of QuickBooks.

However, I've got an alternative to how you can pull up the same information using the subscription that you're in. Let's get this started.

You can pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report and customise it by your suppliers and it's unpaid transactions.

Here's how:

  1. Click on Reports at the left pane.
  2. Look for Transaction Detail by Account in the search box.
  3. In the Group by section on the report, select Supplier.
  4. Press in Customise at the top.
  5. Tick on the Filter drop-down arrow.
  6. Put a check-mark on the A/P Paid box and choose Unpaid.
  7. Hit on Run report

To give you more tips about customising your reports in QuickBoooks Online, please see this link: Learn how to get the most out of your financial reports.

Lastly, I'd like to share this article that contains information about the reports that are available on your subscription: Learn which reports are available for your version of QuickBooks Online.

I'm just a reply away if you have any other concerns, @anggeriktaj. It's my pleasure to help. Have a lovely day!
