HOW TO TAKE BACKUP OF DATA ON MY PC

I'm here to share more information about backing up your data.

QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based software. Thus, the system automatically backs up the entered information. If you have the QuickBooks Online Advanced - US version, you'll have the option to manually create a backup copy. For the other versions and regions, you can run the Invoice List report and then export it to Excel or PDF.

Here's how:

1. Click the Reports tab.
2. Enter and select Invoice List.
3. Hit the Export drop-down.
4. Choose how you'll want to export the report.
