I can see how important it is to be able to track your case ID with QuickBooks Online.

 

Since the Community is a public forum, we cannot access your account information. Thus, I recommend reaching our Customer Care team to track your case ID.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Help on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the description box.
  4. Proceed with Continue, then select your preferred way to connect.
