Question

I accidently canceled my trial account. Can you help me reactivate it from where I left of? I had only used it for 2 days.

Hi there, userfish.

 

We're unable to continue the remaining days of a trial account once cancelled.  Although, you can create another one to start all over again. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this link and select your country: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/
  2. Click the Free 30-day trial option.
  3. Select the type of subscription that you need, then make sure to select Free 30-day Trial.
  4. If you wan to use the same login credentials, click Add another company. If not, enter the required details and click Start Free Trial.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions on how to create an account. 

 

Once done, you can move your list from the old account to the new one. Here's an article as a guide on how to do that: Move Your Lists To QuickBooks Online
