Hi there, Betty. Are you seeing this $79.29 as a subscription charge on your QuickBooks account, or is it appearing as a transaction in your bank feeds?
If you see a subscription charge that you don't recognize from Intuit or QuickBooks on your credit card or bank statement, you can check your billing history or use the look-up tool to identify the source.
Head to the Gear icon> Subscriptions and billing>View Payment history. To use the look-up tool, please visit this link: https://accounts.intuit.com/app/oicl.
If it's showing in your bank feeds, that means it's a real transaction from your bank, not a QuickBooks billing issue.
