Before we proceed, could you clarify the issue you’re experiencing when trying to switch the language back to Spanish? Is the Save button unresponsive when you click it, or can you click the Save button but still see that the language isn’t changing to Spanish?

 

When you click the Save button, make sure to also click Done afterward to confirm the changes.


If you've already followed these steps but the language still isn't changing, I recommend performing the following steps:

 

  1. Refresh your browser.
  2. Log out of your account and log back in.
  3. Try changing the language again.
