I can't turn on multi-currency. When I enable it in settings and click "Save", it still shows "OFF" in the settings. Why?

I'll ensure you'll be able to turn on the Multi-currency feature, larscullin-proto,

QuickBooks Online (QBO) Essentials and Plus versions include the multicurrency and foreign currencies feature. If you subscribe to any of these versions, we can enable this functionality. Since the Save button is not working in the Advanced tab of your Account and settings page, we can access your account through an incognito window. This mode is helpful because it doesn't store any site data. 

Here are the useful shortcut keys you can use to access one:

• Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once done, go back to the Account and settings page to turn the feature again. If it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing so helps delete unwanted piled-up files and lets the system revert to its default state.

If the same thing happens, you can use a different supported web browser as an alternative. Doing so helps ensure you'll get the best and most secure experience with the program.

Also, you can add a different currency manually. Please follow along below to get this done right away:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Choose Account and settings.
3. Select the Advanced tab, and then click the Manage Currencies link.
4. Choose Add currency and then select the currency you want.
5. Press Add when you're ready.
